Haitham Al-Shihabi, member of the Syrian Opposition Coalition (SOC) representing the local of Al-Bab and its countryside, hosted a delegation from the Syrian Tribal Council headed by President and SOC’s member Jihad Marei.
The meeting brought together local sheikhs and representatives of local dignitaries, revolutionaries, families and activists.
The two sides discussed the situation in the region, the challenges and difficulties facing the residents in the liberated areas, and the need to improve basic services, in addition to ensuring security and stability.
They also stressed the need for coordination and cooperation in order to face challenges, overcome difficulties, solve intractable problems, and advance the reality of the liberated areas.
