The Syrian Coalition’s delegation to the London meeting met with Qatar’s Foreign Minister and discussed the latest developments on the ground in Syria, especially the position of the Syrian Coalition on the international anti-ISIS alliance. Bahra pointed to the need to develop a more comprehensive strategy to save Syria from the terrorism practiced by Assad and ISIS, in addition to the need to put pressure on Assad to lift the siege he imposes on civilians, to release the detainees and to stop the barrel bombing that claims the lives of dozens of Syrians every day. Khalid al-Attiyah, the Qatari Foreign Minister, stressed that the institutions of the Syrian Coalition needs to be strong, effective and integrated as the only way to accelerate the pace of the Syrian Revolution and build a state of law and justice.
