The Syrian Coalition condemned the crimes being committed against civilians in Deir Ezzor province as it called on the international anti-coalition to reveal their details and launch an urgent investigation into these attacks.
In a press release issued on Friday, the Coalition said called on the international coalition shoulder its responsibilities, “especially as the airstrikes it is conducting in Syria are repeatedly causing civilian casualties without them prompting any reassessment or accountability.”
The Coalition reiterated its condemnation of all attacks targeting Syrian civilians. “Those responsible for such violations along with the international community should remain aware that such attacks constitute war crimes and violate international law. Keeping silent towards such crimes is unacceptable and shameful and is the main reason behind their continuation.”
Activists in Deir Ezzor reported more crimes being committed on almost daily basis by jets of the international anti-ISIS coalition forces. Credible reports indicated that nearly 100 civilians, mostly women and children, were killed in suspected airstrikes by the international anti-ISIS coalition forces on Friday.
Meanwhile, warplanes of the Russian invaders continue to commit crimes against civilians in Syria. Several massacres were committed in different parts of Deir Ezzor and its countryside on Thursday, especially in the town of Mayadin as well as the villages of Buqrous, Tabiya, and Jusaida Bakkara claiming the lives of at least 50 civilians.
