Khalid Saleh, head of the Media Office, said that the Kurdish Democratic Union Party (PYD) is “an enemy of the Syrian revolution for repeatedly killing the Syrian people in cooperation and coordination with the forces of the regime. It has been implementing non-national agendas that intersect with the interests of the criminal regime.” Saleh’s statement came after the PYD and regime forces launched an offensive on the town of Tal Hamis in Al-Hasakah province. Saleh calls on the Free Syrian Army to respond to attempts to capture the town, stressing the “gravity of the regime’s strategy in targeting this town which is located on the oil supply lines.” (Source: Syrian Coalition)
