Syrian Coalition Rejects Accusations against Turkey

Badr al-Din Hamous, Secretary General of the Syrian Coalition, said that the Coalition “denounces all charges and sedition against the Turkish Republic as well as the attempts to deny its support for Syrian people.” Jamous stresses that these are “false and reprehensible accusations and they show signs of ignorance of the facts and ingratitude.” Jamous went on “The political and popular positions of Turkey towards the Syrian people reveal the good side of the Turkish people and are evidence of the strong relations that bind them to the Syrian people.” Furthermore, Jamous expressed thanks to the Turkish government “for all the humanitarian support for the Syrian people during difficult conditions we have been going through over the past three years.” (Source: Syrian Coalition)
