Secretary-General of the Syrian National Coalition, Abdelbaset Abdullatif, on Wednesday met with Director of the Syrian Associations, Mehdi Daoud, and discussed with him how to follow up and improve the situation of Syrian nationals living in Turkey.
Vice-president of the Syrian National Coalition Oqab Yahya and Ramadan Hamdou took part in the meeting.
Abdelbaset stressed the need for coordination between the Associations and the Syrian-Turkish Joint Committee tasked with following up on the situation of Syrian refugees in Turkey with the aim of finding legal solutions to the various Syrian issues.
It was agreed to exchange information and experiences regarding the solution of the problems facing Syrian nationals in Turkey and to continue to communicate to achieve greater opportunities to serve the Syrian people living in Turkey.
Participants in the meeting highly appreciated the cooperativeness and facilitations being provided by the official Turkish institutions to solve the outstanding problems and regularize the residence of Syrian nationals in Turkey. (Source: Syrian National Coalition’s Media Department)
