The Syrian Coalition sends greetings to Syria’s Kurds on Nowruz which falls on March 21st.
The Syrian Coalition reaffirms its support for “our Syrian Kurdish brethren in their quest for their legitimate national rights in accordance with international norms and conventions,” noting that Nowruz expresses the rejection of injustice and persecution and yearning for freedom and dignity.
“On this day we wish victory for the Syrian Revolution against the terrorist Assad regime, and we call on the Syrian people in Al-Hasakah governorate, whether Arabs Kurds, Syriacs, and Assyrians to unite and work hand in hand in the fight against the tyranny of the regime and ISIS, to build a democratic Syria, and to renounce whatever that might stir up sedition and divisions among components of the Syrian society.
