Spokesman for the Syrian Coalition Salem al-Meslet said that “the road to Jerusalem is forbidden to the henchmen of tyrants, as victory begins only from the Arab capitals that are liberated from tyranny and dictatorship. Meslet’s remarks come as a response to a speech delivered yesterday by Hezbollah chief Nasrallah who claims that the road to Jerusalem runs through Zabadani and every Syrian city.
“It is the utmost aberration when one indulges in murder and violation of human sanctity under the slogan of looking for the road to Jerusalem. He who takes part in the killing of civilians demanding freedom and dignity will not find the road to Jerusalem even if he was standing right on it.”
Meslet wonders if there is anyone who believes Nasrallah speeches or entertains his claims of resistance, adding that the Syrian revolution has revealed how Nasrallah is a mere puppet of the Iranian regime as he has put Iran’s interests above the national interests of Syria and Lebanon.
“Nasrallah is a direct partner in the crimes committed against the Syrian people for over four years,” Meslet added.
He stresses that the rebel fighters in Zabadani and Dara’a and all Syrian cities will remain a bulwark against the Hezbollah militia and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard. (Source: Syrian Coalition)
