Syrian Coalition: We all Must Unite Against ISIS and Assad

Nasr al-Hariri, Secretary General of the Syrian Coalition, calls on the Syrian people and the revolutionary forces to support and develop the plan put forward by the Syrian Coalition. “We call on everyone to provide initiatives and recruit their expertise to make this plan successful.” he said. Al-Hariri promised “to exert every effort to support the Syrian revolution and achieve its goals, and to end the suffering of the Syrian people through cooperation with all the revolution forces. In these difficult times and successive tribulations caused by the criminality of the Assad regime and the escalation of extremism, there is a growing need to unify and counter our enemies and renew our pledge to continue the struggle for freedom and dignity. We all must endorse a practical plan that leads to toppling the Assad regime, lifting the siege on cities and towns, supporting the northern, eastern and southern fronts, defeating the extremist groups and rebuilding the institutions of the civil society. It is also vital in this critical stage of the revolution to boost the principles of transparency and accountability in the national institutions to ensure achieving the transitional justice and the activation of civil and local councils to provide services to the population.” Al Hariri concluded his letter to the Syrian people and the revolutionary forces stressing that the revolution triumphed when it stripped the regime of legitimacy, and when to the flag of the revolution was raised in the international forums and in the capitals of the world.
