The Coalition holds international community responsible after field hospital massacre

The Syrian National Coalition holds the international community responsible for the persistence of Assad’s killing of civilians through their silence and their non-application of ” principles of fair and just accountability”. This statement came comes after a bombing at a field hospital in the town of the Al Bab in the countryside of Aleppo, which resulted in the deaths of a number of paramedics and patients as well as wounding dozens of civilians along with jet fighter shelling. They pointed out during this statement that “Bashar’s regime is hitting the wall of the Geneva Convention and all international conventions that protect medical personnel and wounded both military and civilian, personnel during conflicts.”
