Rebels Down reconnaissance Aircraft in Eastern Ghouta as Regime Forces Commit New massacre in Douma

Rebel battalions shot down a reconnaissance aircraft belonging to regime forces in the Eastern Ghouta, while regime forces shelled the district of Douma with rocket launchers, killing seven civilians and wounding dozens of women and children. Regime forces also carried out artillery shelling on Maliha and Daryya, while random mortar shells fell on the Opera House in Umayyad Square, al-Maliki and the Abbassyen Square in central Damascus, killing four civilians and wounding others.
