Member of the Syrian Opposition Coalition’s (SOC) political committee, Abdelbaset Abdullatif, stressed that the crimes that the PYD terrorist militia is committing requires that the international community act urgently to stop these crimes against civilians in the region. He pointed out that stopping these crimes is within the reach of the states supporting this militia.
Abdullatif stressed that the crimes of displacement, arrest and kidnapping have become almost daily, which threatens the security and stability of the region and civil peace.
The Assyrian Observatory for Human Rights said that the PYD terrorist militia had kidnapped a 19-year-old Syriac Christian girl, Samira Habsono, on Monday. It pointed out that this militia is holding the girl in one of their women’s prisons in the city of Hasaka, adding that she is being held in very difficult psychological conditions.
The Observatory indicated that it is the second incident of its kind in one month as the PYD militia kidnapped the girl Rasha Shamoun in the town of Al-Malikiyah in rural Al-Hasakah on July 3
Local activists said that the PYD terrorist militia displaced the residents of the village of Jablet al-Hamra near the town of al-Bab in rural Aleppo after detaining more than 30 people, including an elderly man named Abdul Basit al-Mukhtar instead of his wanted sons.
Rights groups earlier said that the PYD terrorist militia forced the residents of many villages and towns in the region from their homes, including the village of Al-Husseiniya and the town of Tel Hamis.
