President of the Syrian Opposition Coalition (SOC), Salem al-Meslet, on Monday visited the town of al-Bab in northeastern rural Aleppo to offer his condolences to the families of the victims of the deadly attack committed by the Assad regime forces and PYD terrorist militia, and to check on the conditions of the wounded.
Al-Meslet, his accompanying delegation and the local council in Al-Bab offered condolences to the families of the victims of the Friday attack.
The delegation also visited the National Hospital in the town to check on the conditions of the wounded who were injured in the shelling that targeted the town, wishing them a speedy recovery.
Al-Meslet stressed the importance of continued meetings between the SOC and the people in the liberated areas, pointing to the importance of cooperation with all Syrian on the decision-making process.
Al-Meslet made it clear that the SOC is the Syrians’ institution, a revolutionary institution of which reform is in its essence, adding that the SOC seeks to enhance the representation of all segments of Syrians in it.
Moreover, Al-Meslet stressed that lies and fabrications are being attributed to opposition political bodies, which are undoubtedly fabricated by the Assad regime and its allies.
He pointed out that the Syrian people are making tremendous sacrifices as they are free people who rose up to express their freedom. He stressed that no one can belittle the sacrifices of the Syrian people. (Source: SOC’s media department)
