Member of the political committee Hadi al-Bahra said that the Assad regime must stop systematic killing and barrel bombing of civilians immediately and without any conditions.
Bahra added that the Assad regime must also allow permanent access of humanitarian aid to the besieged areas and release detainees, most importantly children, women and the sick, prisoners of conscience, and relief workers.
Bahra pointed out that these are humanitarian issues that international laws and UN resolutions already prohibit, adding that they are unnegotiable and must be discussed ahead of all other issues. (Source: Syrian Coalition)
