President Khoja with a number of journalists and human rights activists in Gaziantep on yesterday afternoon.
Khoja said that “we are currently seeking to institutionalize and restructure the FSA and to grant it a bigger role in the in the political decision-making process. We need to make use of the 3,000 former regime officers and the 20,000 policemen to form the nucleus of a the army and the police apparatuses.”
Khoja highly praises the work of the civil defense forces, pointing to the need to develop this institution and to have all financial support channeled through one source.
Khoja also said that “we are seeking to move the headquarters of the Syrian Coalition and the interim government to Syria, noting that the Syrian Coalition demanded providing the FSA with anti-aircraft weapons during its recent visit to Paris. (Source: Syrian Coalition)
