The Syrian Opposition Coalition (SOC) strongly condemned the heinous crime that occurred in Annecy, a town in the French Alps on Thursday. The incident resulted in the injury of five individuals, including four children. The SOC firmly rejected all forms of violence inflicted upon innocent people, regardless of their location.
In a press release issued on Thursday, the SOC said that it stands in solidarity with the innocent victims and extends its heartfelt wishes for their swift recovery. It emphasized that the Syrian people, wherever they may be, are advocates of peace and freedom. This brutal incident is unequivocally condemned and rejected by all sectors of the Syrian population.
