A delegation from the Syrian Opposition Coalition (SOC) on Saturday visited the town of Bza’a in rural Aleppo during a tour in the liberated areas.
The delegation comprised President, Salem al-Meslet, and member of the political committee Badr Jamous.
Al-Meslet said: “Today we met with notables, mukhtars and revolutionaries in Baza’a in rural Aleppo as we stressed the need for working hand in hand to liberate our country from tyrants. We also stressed the need for a true partnership between all the institutions, leaderships and people of the revolution in order to correct mistakes and commit to the right path.”
Al-Meslet stressed the need to strengthen the links between the SOC and the revolutionary civil entities in the liberated areas, which will contribute to unifying the efforts.
The SOC’s delegation met with the administrators and students of the Al-Furqan Institute in the town, commending the institute from which more than 100 students have so far graduated after learning holy Quran by heart.
The SOC has recently stepped its visits to the liberated areas in implementation of the reform plan, which aims to ensure real and adequate representation of the Syrian people.
