President of the Syrian Opposition Coalition (SOC), Salem Al-Meslet, met with the commander of the First Corps of the Syrian National Army (SNA) Brigadier General Moataz Raslan to check up on the work of the Corps and its combat readiness.
Al-Meslet was accompanied with SOC’s members Ahmed Ramadan, Yasser Al-Farhan, Firas Al-Masri, Ahmed Al-Shehadi, Atef Zureik and Bahjat Atassi.
He praised the distinguished efforts that the SNA’s Department of Military Ethics is making to educate the SNA’s fighters on respect for human rights, as well as the tireless efforts to raise the efficiency of the fighters.
Al-Meslet stressed the importance of discussing differences and consulting to develop proposals and find solutions, as well as strengthening consultation and coordination between military and political actions.
He also called for stepping up the efforts in communication and coordination, stressing that unifying the efforts under one leadership and a common vision will help face the upcoming challenges.
