President of the Syrian Opposition Coalition (SOC), Salem Al-Meslet, met dignitaries in the eastern region in the Turkish province of Urfa and discussed with them the situation in the region and the challenges it is facing.
Al-Meslet was accompanied by SOC’s members Ahmed Ramadan, Abdullah Al-Faraj, Muhammad Ali Issa, Firas Al-Masri, Yasser Al-Farhan, Abdelbaset Abdullatif, and Ibrahim Al-Mali.
He stressed the need to work as one hand to help Syrian civilians, especially the residents of the eastern regions who suffered from the oppression of the Assad regime, ISIS and the PKK terrorist group.
Al-Meslet stressed the importance of addressing mistakes and forming one army under one banner that seeks to achieve the goals of the Syrian revolution and the demands of the Syrian people for freedom, dignity and democracy.
He also stressed the need to continue communication and enhance cooperation to respond to the upcoming challenges facing the Syrian revolution. (Source: SOC’s Media Department)
