Secretary-General of the Syrian Opposition Coalition, Abdul Basit Abdul Latif, and members of the political committee, Yasser Al-Farhan, Bahjat Al-Atassi, Muhammad Yahya Maktabi, and the SOC’s representative in Gaziantep Muhammad Al-Shamali visited the Assistance Coordination Unit (ACU) where they were briefed on the Unit’s work and latest activities.
ACU’s Head Muhammad Hasanu talked about the Unit’s activities and work as he a gave a summary of its achievements in the last few months as well as its efforts to confront the coronavirus pandemic in the liberated areas.
Hassanou talked about the projects the Unit will implement in the coming days in the areas of health, education, and humanitarian aid for the IDP in northwestern Syria.
Abdul Latif and the accompanying delegation praised ACU’s work as they discussed ways and mechanisms to support the Unit and develop its performance in servicing the Syrian people in the liberated areas and host countries. (Source: SOC’s Media Department)
