The Syrian Coalition offered condolences to Egypt over the disappearance of an EgyptAir flight in the eastern Mediterranean.
In a letter by President of the Syrian Coalition Anas Alabdah addressed to Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry on Friday, the Syrian Coalition extended the most sincere condolences to Egypt and to the families of the victims. The letter said that the Coalition stands in solidarity with Egypt.
An EgyptAir jet carrying 66 passengers and crew from Paris to Cairo disappeared from radar over the Mediterranean at 2:45 Cairo time on Thursday.
The aircraft, Airbus A320, was carrying 56 passengers, including one child and two infants, and 10 crew members, EgyptAir said. The passengers included 30 Egyptian and 15 French nationals, along with citizens from other nationalities. (Source: Syrian Coalition)
