The Syrian Coalition extends greetings to the Syrian people on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan which coincides with a sweeping strategic rebel gains against regime forces, most notably the liberation of Idlib and large parts of Dara’a province. They have also repelled ISIS attacks on northern rural Aleppo and Al Qalamoun.
“With the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan, we remember all Syrians, call for mercy for the fallen heroes, extend condolences to their families and pray for the release of detainees and the kidnapped and the return of all the displaced and refugees to their homes. We also wish speedy recovery for the wounded and express solidarity with the Syrian mothers who are facing difficult circumstance and enduring immense hardships.”
