The Syrian Coalition strongly condemns the kidnapping of the Syrian refugee girl Abeer Jaaour in district of Baalbek in eastern Lebanon yesterday. Jaouur was kidnapped by a number of Hezbollah militants led by Mahdi Nazha.
The Syrian Coalition holds the Lebanese government and security apparatus responsible for Jaaour’s safety, calling for her immediate release.
The Syrian Coalition stresses that the successive violations against Syrian refugees in Lebanon, including the kidnapping, arrest and murder; represents a continuation of terrorist crimes carried out by the Hezbollah militia in Syria in its full support to the Assad regime.
