The President of the Syrian Negotiations Commission, Badr Jamous, engaged in a video call with the British envoy to Syria, Ann Snow, to address the latest developments in Syria.
During the call, Jamous emphasized the paramount importance of advancing the political process. He urged friendly nations to the Syrian people to fulfill their crucial role in supporting the political process and implementing UN Resolution 2254.
Jamous also underscored the critical need to prevent the Assad regime from escalating barbaric bombings and military actions against Syrian civilians in northwestern Syria.
He extended his gratitude to the British envoy for the United Kingdom’s unwavering support for the Syrian people’s pursuit of freedom and justice.
Ann Snow, in turn, reaffirmed her country’s commitment to supporting the political process in alignment with UN resolutions. She also pledged to continue offering political, humanitarian, and legal assistance to the Syrian people.
