The Syrian Opposition Coalition (SOC) participated in a celebration held by the Syrian Interim Government to mark the twelfth anniversary of the start of the Syrian Revolution in Aleppo University, located in the liberated areas.
The event was attended by a diverse group of individuals, including SOC members, the Head of the Syrian Interim Government Abdurrahman Mustafa, SIG ministers, commanders of the Syrian National Army, the Free Aleppo Provincial Council, the presidency of the university, teaching staff, students, families of fallen heroes, academic and professional unions and syndicates, provincial councils, revolutionary institutions, civil society organizations, the Syrian Tribal Council, revolutionary activities, and a large group of people.
During the event, Najib Rahmoun, the coordinator of the SOC’s Office, affirmed that the SOC, along with other freedom seekers in Syria, will continue to fight against the tyrannical regime until all the goals of the Syrian Revolution are achieved. Rahmoun also emphasized that the SOC unequivocally rejects any attempt to rehabilitate the Assad regime or any process of normalization with this criminal regime.
Furthermore, Rahmoun stressed that the SOC remains steadfast on the path of freedom it chose with the heroic Syrian people. The SOC will not waver from the goals of the Syrian people, who yearn for deliverance from the tyrannical regime until freedom and dignity are achieved.
