Coordinator of the Syrian National Coalition’s Office in rural Aleppo, Ahmed Shehadi, conducted a tour of inspection on the battlefronts in Idlib province where he met with fighters of the Syrian National Army (SNA) shortly before the start of the counterattack the SNA launched to recapture the town of Al-Nairab. The battle ended with the liberation of the town from the Assad regime forces and Iranian sectarian militias.
Shehadi praised the courage being shown by the SNA fighters and the immense sacrifices they are making to defend the liberated areas and to fend off the Russia and Assad regime’s barbaric onslaught against civilians in Idlib and rural Aleppo.
Shehadi stressed the need to close ranks and commit to the principles and goals of the revolution until the toppling of the Assad regime, ending injustice against the Syrian people, and regaining freedom and dignity.
The SNA has recently counterattacked in Idlib province, recapturing the town of Al-Nairab and Maaret Aliya from regime forces and their allied Iranian militias. (Source: Syrian National Coalition’s Media Department)
