Eight civilians, including 4 children, were killed and 16 others were wounded in aerial shelling on the town of Al Bab northeast of Aleppo, while five pro-regime militants were killed in clashes with rebels in the district of Al Zahra in Aleppo. Four civilians were injured in an air strike on the town of Qibtan al-Jabal, while a prisoner swap deal was reached between rebels and regime forces whereby a woman and two other civilians were released form Assad’s prisons in return for the rebels’ release of two pro-regime militants.
