Assad’s warplanes carried out air strikes and rocket shelling on and the towns of Maliha and Zabadani in rural Damascus, alongside violent clashes in Maliah Moadamyah. The Free Syrian army destroyed two tanks belonging to regime forces in Qalamoun, while random mortar shells landed in Al Barameka in central Damascus and Jaramana on, injuring dozens of people.
