Fighters of the Islamic battalions clashed with regime forces on the outskirts of Kassab north of Latakia, alongside missile shelling by regime forces. Violent clashes also broke out in the town of Qastal Maa’f, while regime forces carried out air strikes on Beit Awan, Mount Al Turkman, and on the perimeter of the 45th Observatory.
