Activists said that dozens of civilians suffered from suffocation at dawn on Saturday after regime forces targeted the neighborhood Jobar in Damascus with bombs containing toxic gases, raising to 31 the number of the regime’s violation of the UN Security Council resolution No. 2118. Doctors in a field hospital in the town of Tayba said that they were almost certain the poisonous gas used is chlorine, which was previously used by regime forces in many attacks across Syria. Regime forces carried out four air raids on Jobar, without reports of casualties. (Source: Syrian Coalition)
