Rebels and regime forces reached an agreement whereby electricity is returned to Aleppo after 10-day blackout. The agreement also calls on all sides to neutralize civilian areas, service organizations and companies in Aleppo to prevent all types of bombing. The General Electricity Company began today the repair of the main electricity cables that supply the station of Jisr Al-Haj. The General Administration for Services of the Nusra Front stated that “due to the suffering of our people in the regime-held areas in Aleppo because of the 10-day electricity blackout which also affected the water supply, we decided to return electricity to Aleppo in accordance with an initiative that demands ending the indiscriminate bombardment of civilian areas. But if regime forces violate this agreement, our retaliation will be even harder.” (Source: Syrian Coalition + Zaman Al Wasl)
