Activists said that three people were killed and seven were wounded when two mortar shells fell on Arnous Square in Damascus, while three others were killed by mortar shells in Yarmouk Camp in southern Damascus. Six people were killed in the town of Jiroud which came under artillery shelling by regime forces, while clashes broke out between rebels and regime forces in Jobar. Regime forces raided civilian homes in the neighborhood of Daf Ashouk in Damascus and arrested a number of young men.
