Assad’s forces have committed a new massacre in Douma near Damascus that claimed the lives of 17 civilians, including children, and left more than 80 others wounded. Regime forces pounded the city with war planes and rockets, while 12 cases of suffocation were reported in Arbin in East Ghouta as a result of toxic gases attack perpetrated by regime forces. Mleiha was also pounded by two surface-to-surface rockets, alongside violent clashes between rebels and regime forces. Regime forces also shelled Jobar with rockets, while mortar shells struck some neighborhoods of central Damascus without reports of casualties. (Source: LCC)
