A number of ISIS militants were killed during clashes with tribal fighters near the town of Shaitat. ISIS militants carried out artillery bombardment on the town in an attempt to recapture the town which was liberated by tribal fighters a week ago. Similar clashes erupted in the town of Jurthi, with reports that a number of ISIS militants were captured. Rebels clashed with regime forces on the perimeter of Deir Ezzor air base.
