Opposition fighters reached the Mediterranean coast and captured the village of Al Samra north of Latakia. Islamic fighters also captured the 45th Tower in Mount Turkman, which was used by regime forces to bomb civilians in the area. Regime forces stormed the village of Badrousyyah and arrested a number of young men. (Source: Syrian Coalition + LCC)
