Activists said that rebels captured the town of Mashara in rural Quneitra after violent clashes with regime forces. Rebels launched an offensive to capture Tal al-Harra and make their way through to western Damascus. Rebels also captured the village of Majdouliya and the Khamisa platoon in rural Quneitra, while regime forces carried out barrel bomb attacks on the town of Mashara. (Source: Syrian Coalition + LCC
