Rebels Advance on Citadel of Aleppo

Rebels advanced on regime forces stationed in Citadel of Aleppo after violent clashes while regime forces carried out barrel bomb attacks on most rebel-held districts, killing seven people in Al Maadi. The administration of Bab al-Hawa crossing on the Syrian-Turkish borders said that Syrians with the temporary ID Turkish cards can cross into Syria for one-week period starting from today, Thursday. However, Syrians with these ID cards cannot enter Turkey through the border crossings. Yet Syrians who have valid documents, such as medical referrals signed by Turkish hospitals, official ID cards issued by the Turkish authorities, and residency documents can cross wither way for one-week period starting from today. The administration announced that the decision includes other crossings on the Syrian-Turkish borders, and that Syrian refugees can enter all the materials to and from Turkey, with the exception of arms.
