Activists said that dozens of pro-regime soldiers were killed during clashes with rebels in the neighborhood Jobar in Damascus, losing three tanks and an armored personnel carrier. Regime forces shelled the districts of Erbin, Hammouriya and Jobar with vacuum bombs, while the town of Tal Minin came under artillery shelling, forcing hundreds of civilians to flee to nearby towns. Regime forces also bombarded Douma with rocket launchers, alongside artillery bombardment on Khan al-Shih west of Damascus. (Source: Syrian Coalition)
