Activists said that ISIS militants continue to fire a barrage of mortar shells on the town of Qamishli in rural Al Hasaka, with reports of civilian casualties. The Syrian Network for Human Rights said that the Kurdish YPG’s militias summarily executed 34 civilians, including eight children and three women in the villages of Tel Khalil and Al Hajiya in rural Al-Hasakah.
