Activists said that 15 civilians were killed and dozens wounded by a car bomb explosion near Bilal al-Habashi Masjid in Homs. Regime forces carried out heavy shelling on Al Waer neighborhood and the towns of Khalidya, Dweir and Addar al-Kabira in rural Homs.
