Four pro-regime soldiers were killed during clashes with the FSA fighters in Daryya, while fighters of the Islamic battalions destroyed a tanks in Maliha and an armored vehicle in Bakha’a in Qalamoun. Assad’s warplanes carried out aerial shelling on Douma near Damascus, while the towns of Zabadani and Rankous came under artillery shelling that caused dozens of civilian injuries. Regime forces shelled Qaboun neighborhood in Damascus with mortar rounds, while violent clashes broke out between the Free Syrian Army and regime forces on the outskirts of Jobar neighborhood in Damascus.
