Rebel factions denied responsibility for the mortar barrage on Idlib yesterday, which killed 13 civilians and injured dozens. Rebels stressed that the attack was perpetrated by regime forces to blame the crime on rebels, warning civilians from coming near the security compound of regime forces in the city.
